When the website is accessed, the web server may automatically record technical information required for operation and security:

• IP address;
• date and time of access;
• the requested resource and HTTP status code;
• user-agent;
• referrer, if provided by the browser.

This data is not used for marketing, profiling or audience measurement.

Technical data is used exclusively for:

• operation and security of the infrastructure;
• identification of errors;
• prevention and investigation of technical or security incidents.

Where this information constitutes personal data, processing is based on the legitimate interest in securing and operating the infrastructure, balanced against visitors’ rights and freedoms, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Ordinary operational web logs are retained for no more than 30 days and are then deleted through automatic rotation. Specific records may be retained longer only when required to investigate a security incident or comply with a legal obligation.

The website may store the selected language and visual theme locally in the browser. These preferences are not used to identify users and are not sent to DIGITAL HUMAN ROMANIA for analytics or profiling.

The project configurator lets you submit your requirements together with your name and email address. Company, phone and notes are optional. We use these details, and information you share by email or WhatsApp, to respond to your enquiry and for necessary related communications. Your configuration may be saved locally in the browser; contact details are not saved in that local storage.

Opening the WhatsApp link transfers you to the external WhatsApp service, which operates under its own terms and policies.

Under the conditions provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure where applicable, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
